Research on trends in trafficking transit routes

This week part of the INSigHT Research Team is fully immersed into the fieldwork between Bolzano and Brenner, in Northern Italy, at the border with Austria.

The main goal to explore the changes that have affected the asylum seeker reception system and the anti-trafficking system, particularly as far as Nigerian women and children are concerned.

The Team is also exploring the changes in the trends associated with migration flows and secondary movements northward and southward of the Brenner border with Austria.
