Institute of Social Work of Nigeria (ISOWN) National Conference, November 27-28, 2020 – Visit of the NWAV Help Desk in Lagos for social workers and post-graduate students

The programme of the ISOWN National Conference on the day 28th November included a visit for social workers and post-graduate students in the NWAV Help Desk in Lagos.

A group of 15 social workers, post-graduate students and experts visited the Nigerian Women Association Verona (NWAV) Help Desk in Lagos on the second day (November, 28) of the 11th Annual Conference of the Institute of Social Work of Nigeria (ISOWN). The Help Desk is active since September 2019 thanks to the Action INSigHT.

The Help Desk Officers presented the activities carried out and the main issues related to the fight against human trafficking.
